Ripclean Foam Cannon Review 2025: Is It Worth Buying? Real Test Results

Ripclean Foam Cannon
My hands-on unboxing and foam test.

Unboxing

The first thing I noticed when I pulled this out of the box was the hexagonal bottle. As you can see in my video, it has these sharp, modern lines that perfectly match the aesthetic of my truck. But it’s not just about looks—this shape makes the bottle incredibly stable. I was tired of my old circular bottles tipping over every time I set them down. This one stays exactly where you put it.

The “Aha!” Moment: The Weighted Straw

In the video, you’ll see me pointing out a small but genius feature: the weighted suction straw. Most foam cannons have a stiff plastic tube that stays in one place. If you tilt the cannon to wash your wheels or roof, the tube stops sucking up soap. Ripclean fixed this by adding a weight to the bottom of the straw. It follows the liquid to the bottom of the bottle no matter how you hold it. I was able to use every single drop of soap—zero waste!

Performance: Thick Foam & Blueberry Scents?

* The Texture: I paired it with Ripclean’s Blizzard Snow Foam, and it created a dense, white blanket that completely hid the paint. It felt more like a professional spa treatment for my car than a regular wash.

* The Scent: One thing you can’t “see” in the video but I definitely “smelled” was the scent. This Blizzard foam smells exactly like fresh blueberries. It actually made the chore of washing my car enjoyable!

The Verdict: My New Daily Driver

After using it myself, I’m retiring my old foam cannons. For under $50, the build quality and the smart features like the weighted straw make this a no-brainer investment for anyone who takes car care seriously.
